A completely seamless waterproofing membrane that is acheived without the use of heat or naked flame as it is cold-applied to either flat or pitched roof systems.
Furthermore, as it is applied as a liquid, it is totally adaptable to any substrate shape and can also be used in tucked away corners.
Antislip walkway areas can also be provided to suit the clients requirements.
Blackwall Tunnel Office
The existing asphalt covering and associated rooflights had been problematic but the offices had to remain fully operational during any roofing works.
The roof was therefore overlaid with a 3 layer Decothane Delta 25 liquid waterproofing system by Liquid Plastics Ltd, incorporating new insulation board, all new rooflights and an antislip walkway.

Sutton Renal Unit, Croydon
The existing copper roof was stripped off and a liquid waterproofing system was applied to the existing plywood decking, whilst the building was kept in full operation.
This roof was liable to flood during periods of heavy rainfall due to the small capacity of the existing gutter and downpipes.

Horsepower Motor Centre
The existing felt roofing had been leaking and we were asked to tackle the problem, although the unit was to remain in operation throughout (and is the main entrance into the showroom). We therefore removed the loose felt chippings, made good the blisters and overcoated the felt with a 2 layer Decothane Gamma 20 liquid waterproofing system by Liquid Plastics Ltd.

All shapes and sizes can be catered for. Here, rooflights and service ducting is in the process of being totally weathered and just awaiting final colour matching to the roof.
